   Hi – I am inquiring about the Ocean Song Beach house – by chance is it available 7/20 to 7/27 2009? What are the ammenities – bbq, a/c? What is weekly rate? could you include breakdown – weekly rate, taxes, any other fees. Thank you, Norma
